You will guide vision, strategy, and delivery while partnering with engineering and other stakeholders to drive growth and reliable customer experiences. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, translating strategy into actionable features, and prioritizing a data-driven backlog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in hands on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture.
• 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for end-to-end product lifecycle aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market and customer research and translate findings into data-informed decisions.
• Translate strategy into features and user stories with clear priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate releases and dependencies.
• Work with engineers to evaluate design options, security, performance, and scalability.
• Monitor production product performance, address defects, and drive improvements.
• Support Agile delivery with a healthy backlog and dependency management.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI or automation to improve outcomes.
• Create clear product requirements and documentation for engineering teams.
