OnePay is building a consumer fintech platform with a growing credit card program developed with Walmart. You will own the card’s growth from acquisition to engagement, refine the rewards economics, and collaborate with partners to drive data-informed decisions.

The role involves working with engineering and analytics to decide what to build, justify it, and monitor results after launch, while directly partnering with the Product Lead on priorities and roadmap execution.

Qualifications

• Ownership of a credit card product or a real piece of it.
• Grasp of card economics (interchange, rewards cost, interest income, credit losses) and how issuers, networks, processors, and partners fit together.
• Experience shipping with engineers and reading data.
• Results you can put numbers on (e.g., approval rates, activation, spend).
• Experience working with external partners such as banks, card networks, or retailers.

The Role

Credit cards are one of the most powerful products in consumer finance, and OnePay has built one with Walmart. The program launched in 2025 and it's still early, which means you'll play a key role as this fast-growing portfolio matures. You'll own a large part of the card, from the first screen a customer sees to the economics behind every reward. You will:

• Own the growth and performance of the card across the customer journey: acquisition, activation, and ongoing engagement.

• Work on the rewards program and the economics behind it.

• build and grow the product relationship with our partners, bringing data and a point of view to the decisions we make together.

• Work with engineering and analytics to decide what to build, make the case for it, and monitor after launch.

• Work directly with the Product Lead on priorities and run big parts of the roadmap yourself.

You Bring

• Ownership of a credit card product, or a real piece of one.

• A working grasp of card economics (interchange, rewards cost, interest income, credit losses) and how issuers, networks, processors, and partners fit together.

• Experience shipping with engineers, and comfort pulling and reading your own data.

• Results you can put numbers on, like approval rates, activation, spend, or losses.

• Experience working with partners outside your company, such as banks, card networks, or retailers.
