Job summary

Plaid is seeking a Product Manager for the CRA Network to grow consumers who share cash-flow data for Plaid Check. You will enhance the consumer experience, expand the network, and drive credit initiatives across Plaid's ecosystem.

You will own the end-to-end lending data flow, from acquisition to servicing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize roadmap and deliver measurable impact in a fast-growing fintech landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Must have built and owned a lending product at a FinTech.
• Experience working on growth/product networks.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end lending process from acquisition to servicing.
• Excellent communication and prioritization across the organization.
• Nice to have: bureau/alternative bureau product experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and accelerate the growth and health of our CRA network.
• Drive credit initiatives across the broader Plaid network.
• Own consumer consent UX experience including conversion improvements.
• Build trust through our CRA consumer experience.
