Maintain working knowledge of workflows across estimating, preconstruction, planning, project execution, scheduling, field operations, safety, quality, BIM/VDC, and closeout. Partner with Business Analysts to translate business-owned processes and desired outcomes into clear requirements, workflows, and product capabilities. Represent Construction Operations requirements and operational impacts when business processes extend into applications owned by other PrMs. Validate proposed capabilities through observation, workshops, pilots, jobsite engagement, and direct user feedback.
Define what successful use of Construction Operations technologies looks like across key project and operational user groups. Develop product enablement strategies for new capabilities, enhancements, and changes to existing workflows. Partner with Application Specialists, Business Analysts, vendors, and business champions to develop training, guidance, and support resources. Participate directly in demonstrations, pilots, office hours, and targeted training where hands‑on PrM involvement improves adoption. Develop internal champions and feedback networks that strengthen product knowledge and capability across project teams. Monitor adoption and user proficiency and adjust enablement approaches when expected outcomes are not being achieved.
Champion Construction Operations-specific digital delivery standards and documentation practices across the product ecosystem. Partner with Digital Operations Leadership to align with McGough’s project governance model. Drive continuous improvement in deployment, enhancement, and support processes to improve velocity, quality, stability, and consistency.
