Job description

About the Team

Our Connectivity team owns how the company connects to the financial system. We bring banks, credit unions, and other data partners onto the the company network and build the integrations every the company product runs on. AI is changing how that work gets done. We now build integrations with no human in the loop and are teaching them to fix themselves when they break, which lets us go further: reaching data beyond banks, making the data more complete, and working with partners on letting people and their agents act on their accounts, not just share data.

As a Product Manager for Connectivity Platform, you'll own the platform capabilities that keep the company's data supply reliable and efficient, and you'll decide which ones we build as the network evolves. You'll drive the discovery that finds the highest-value work, own the roadmap, and partner closely with engineering to weigh technical trade-offs against business value. You'll work as a true peer to our best engineers and make the hard calls with them. This role is for someone with rare technical depth who likes building things that don't exist yet.

  • Deep technical fluency: You can hold your own with our best engineers on how large systems are designed, evaluating trade-offs, limitations, and business value. You’re intimately familiar with APIs, reading architectures, and developing technical prototypes with the help of AI assistants.
  • Leadership, stakeholder influence, and communication :You should be comfortable working cross-functionally (engineering, data, product) and influencing without direct authority.
