Job summary
Johnson Outdoors is seeking a Product Manager to drive development and launch of next-generation diving products. You will translate strategy into technical requirements, user stories, and release plans, partnering with engineering, design, brand and marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will oversee the lifecycle from concept through launch, monitor performance, and optimize features using data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, product management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years in product management involving complex electronics, embedded firmware, mobile apps or connected products.
- Experience translating insights into product requirements and user stories.
- Strong lifecycle management and successful launch delivery capabilities.
- Ability to lead multiple complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate product vision into clear requirements and roadmaps.
- Oversee development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Partner with brand, design, engineering and marketing for launches.
- Monitor product performance and optimize features based on data.
- Provide training and detailed product info to sales for GTM.
