Product Manager – Compass Patient, Veeva Systems

Join Veeva Systems, a mission‑driven organization in the life sciences industry, to design and build front‑end data‑focused features for our Compass Patient platform.

The Role

As a Product Manager on the Compass Patient team, you will own the design and execution of front‑end components that query, filter, and display large data sets across a variety of sources. You will collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and UX teams to deliver high‑quality, data‑centric products.

What You’ll Do

• Own and design data‑focused product features from concept to launch, including specifications, user stories, and performance monitoring.
• Author design specifications within an agile methodology and work closely with Engineering and QA to deliver.
• Support release and sprint planning to ensure product enhancements are delivered on schedule.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, and Engineering to iterate and enhance features from prototype to scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience working on data‑driven UI components for product pipelines.
• Experience designing user interfaces that query and present data.
• Experience with administrative functions such as user setup, data delivery, and SSO.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning product vision into specific features.

Nice to Have

• Experience with prescription and medical claims data, lab results data.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python.

Compensation

Base pay: $75,000 – $165,000.

Variable bonus and/or stock compensation may also be offered.
