As the Product Manager, you will drive the technical development and execution of our product portfolios from initial concept all the way through distribution! You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Brand, Design, Marketing, and Packaging—to ensure high-quality standards, meet critical deadlines, and stay within budget. By assessing the viability of new products and leveraging market trends, you will ensure our final products meet consumer needs and drive business growth. Join our dynamic product development team and help us shape the future of play!

What You Will Do:

Lead cross-functional product development programs by establishing comprehensive project plans, coordinating tasks, and managing resources to meet time, cost, and quality objectives

Partner with global operations and multi-disciplinary teams to streamline communication, manage scope changes, and drive products from concept through to production and shipping

Proactively identify and manage project risks by providing early warnings of delays, strategizing alternate process solutions, and escalating red flags to management with defined resolutions

Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes, interfacing with key Asia product managers and vendors, and ensuring all outsourced work is promptly quoted and approved

Consult market research, evaluate sales data, and track the profitability of new and existing products to ensure our offerings remain viable and highly competitive

Collaborate with the Brand Management team to develop competitive assessments, research industry trends, and formulate product expansion strategies for successful lines

Partner with the Sales team to plan and execute highly effective presentations while supporting senior leadership with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives

Maintain accurate item masters with costing and factory details while ensuring key product development and project management systems are updated daily

What We Are Looking For:

4+ years of relevant experience in product development, product management, or project management within the consumer goods industry or toy industry

Proven hands-on experience working directly with plastics, materials, manufacturing processes, or engineering costs for durable goods

Exceptional planning and analytical skills with the ability to define root causes, collect data, and work collaboratively to resolve complex development challenges

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, combined with a proven track record of successfully managing both long- and short-term product lifecycles

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently influence decision-makers and build productive relationships across all organizational levels

A collaborative, flexible, and growth-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask, organize efficiently, and quickly adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or another highly relevant field is a plus

An active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials
