Job summary

Bandwidth is seeking a Product Manager for CLEC Numbers and Inbound to drive product goals with carriers, vendors, sales, and customers. You will manage existing products and lead ideation, development, and launches of new features, collaborating with marketing, engineering, and UX design to achieve goals.

You will need 3–5 years in product management, familiarity with CLEC/SIP networks, and a startup mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years product management experience.
• Experience with US CLEC and SIP based telecom networks; international a plus.
• Able to work in an early-stage startup environment with shifting direction.
• Knowledge of telecom services and protocols (SIP, RTP, G.7xx, SMPP, WebRTC).
• Proficient in agile development and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage Numbers and Inbound products for cost and ops optimization.
• Negotiate with and manage carrier agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales to gather customer data.
• Draft requirements for development prioritization and act as SME.
• Build deep relationships with key customers.
• Lead market validation and customer discovery for incubated initiatives.
• Decide product evolution using metrics from customer interactions.
• Support go-to-market strategy with marketing and sales teams.
• Travel up to 25% to meet customers and partners.
• Support Infrastructure PMs to optimize voice coverage and capacity.
