Xe.com is seeking a Product Manager to own Xe's card product end-to-end—from discovery through go-live and early adoption. You will work with engineering, design, and compliance to deliver a scalable card experience on mobile and web, informed by customer and partner insights.
You will use AI-driven approaches to inform planning, prototyping, and decision-making and collaborate across teams to optimize card economics while delivering measurable results.
About Xe
Xe is a cross-border payments platform. We help SMEs and consumers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand collect, convert, hold, and send money across markets. Each year, over 300 million people use Xe for currency information and over 350,000 use us to send money overseas.
Today, we're rebuilding the platform layer behind cross-border payments for corporate and consumer clients. We're small enough that your code ships fast and your decisions matter, and Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq: EEFT) backs us so the problems stay real-scale.
We're hiring a Product Manager who owns a product end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap through delivery and the metrics it moves. This role is responsible for launching Xe's card product, taking it from build through go-live and early adoption. You already use AI as part of how you think, plan, prototype, and ship, and shape how the team does the same.
You’ll own Xe's card product in production, define what gets built and when, and serve as the squad's product co-lead with the Team Lead. Your squad owns a slice of the platform, from the customer experience through to the services and partner integrations behind it. You partner with engineering on delivery, align with adjacent squads on cross-cutting work, and bring compliance, design, and partner constraints into the roadmap.
XE offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from $100,000 USD to $140,000 USD. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
We want Xe to be a great place to work and to ensure that our communities are represented across our workforce. A vital part of this is ensuring we are a truly inclusive organization that encourages diversity in all respects.
Xe is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will be considered for employment regardless of age, national origin, race, color, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at recruitment@xe.com.
