Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product management across diverse environments.
• End-to-end product ownership from research to launch and iteration.
• Excellent research instincts: learn a market from scratch and synthesize into strategy.
• Comfort with deep technical, hardware+software, real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Own DroneStack product strategy and define a scalable roadmap across ISR, strike, hardware, and tooling.
• Be the voice of the operator: conduct primary user research in the field and with international partners; travel up to 20%.
• Drive the programs-to-products transition by identifying patterns and creating repeatable abstractions and interfaces.
• Shape product design and experience with engineering to create intuitive operator interfaces.
• Set the technical direction with engineering; understand the system to make informed tradeoffs (not required to write code).
• Build and communicate a market thesis for the autonomous drone domain across DoD, allied nations, and commercial applications.
• Represent the product internally and externally; present at demos, reviews, and industry events.
