You will work at the intersection of science, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to identify opportunities and support launches.

Responsibilities

  • Support and/or lead the management of products throughout their lifecycle, including launches, updates, enhancements, and discontinuations.

  • Gather, maintain, and leverage market intelligence to strengthen product positioning and decisions.
  • Lead product development initiatives by gathering input and partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, sales tools, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing Communications, and Customer Service to ensure product execution.
  • Provide technical, application, and product support to internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Contribute to product training initiatives and build product knowledge across the organization.

We are seeking a Product Manager who will help drive the growth, performance, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of scientific products. This position is intentionally open to candidates with varying levels of product management experience. Whether you\'re an early-career professional looking to build a career in product management or an experienced product leader ready to shape product strategy and drive growth, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you\'ll work at the intersection of science, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. You\'ll help identify market opportunities, support new product development, execute successful product launches, and serve as a technical resource for internal teams, channel partners, and customers. The ideal candidate has experience working in a laboratory setting and a solid understanding of laboratory equipment, its use, and applications. Experience with technical instrumentation, pharmaceutical containment, and/or inert glove boxes for chemistry or materials science applications are plusses.

What You'll Do

As a member of the Product Management team, you will:

  • Support and/or lead the management of products throughout their lifecycle, including product launches, updates, enhancements, and discontinuations.
  • Analyze customer needs, laboratory applications, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Gather, maintain, and leverage market intelligence and competitive information to strengthen product positioning and business decisions.
  • Participate in and/or lead product development initiatives by gathering customer input, documenting requirements, and partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, sales tools, presentations, application notes, literature, online content, and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and analyze product-related data including sales performance, product profitability, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing Communications, and Customer Service to ensure successful product execution.
  • Provide technical, application, and product support to internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
  • Support product training initiatives and help build product knowledge throughout the organization.
  • Participate in customer visits, industry events, trade shows, and field activities to deepen market understanding and strengthen customer relationships.
