AI is rapidly changing what is possible in financial services and we're interested in more than simply adopting new technology. We want to discover where emerging capabilities such as agentic AI can meaningfully improve the experiences of our clients and team members.
As an AI Product Manager within Compeer's Product Enablement team, you'll help us explore that opportunity. You'll identify meaningful problems and jobs-to-be-done, build and prioritize a portfolio of opportunities, and design small, intentional experiments that help us learn quickly. You'll balance discovery with delivery, advancing promising ideas while helping us recognize quickly when an idea isn't worth pursuing.
This isn't a role where you'll be handed a list of AI features to build. You'll help determine where AI should and shouldn't be used. You'll work across product, technology, data, business, risk and other partners to turn promising ideas into safe, valuable experiences while helping Compeer build the practices needed to use AI responsibly and effectively.
