Job description

At TRG we work in a global environment where every diverse personality and culture is included. We look for talented people worldwide who have passion for what they do and work together, shoulder to shoulder, to empower our customers in their fight against crime and terror.

Though technology is important, people always come first!

Our Core Values are our DNA, so if your DNA matches ours you are at the right place!

  • Let’s do it! We follow a can‑do approach, taking responsibility for milestones.
  • Passion is our fuel! We Learn. We Grow. We Innovate.
  • We make an impact! We bring innovation and always ask why.
  • We work together! One for all, and all for one.
About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to help shape and drive the development of our intelligence and data‑driven products.

This is not a traditional Product Owner or roadmap‑management role; we are looking for a senior product person who can connect customer needs, commercial priorities, AI/data capabilities, and technical delivery into a clear product direction.

You will work closely with engineering, sales, customers, and leadership to identify high‑impact opportunities, define priorities, and help us build products that support complex investigations, intelligence workflows, fraud detection, and data‑driven decision‑making.

The right person for this role is comfortable in a fast‑moving B2B environment, where priorities may shift based on customer needs, sales opportunities, market signals, and business impact.

What you’ll do
  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI, analytics, data fusion, and intelligence‑related product capabilities.
  • Translate complex customer, operational, and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • Work closely with engineering to shape feasible, valuable, and scalable product solutions.
  • Partner with sales, pre‑sales, customer‑facing teams, and leadership to understand customer needs, market opportunities, and commercial priorities.
  • Balance long‑term product vision with short‑term delivery needs in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, product differentiation, automation, and better use of AI/data capabilities.
  • Use customer feedback, user behavior, product data, and market insights to improve product value, usability, and adoption.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate external products, APIs, integrations, and technologies that could enhance our product offering.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, align conflicting priorities, and drive clear product decisions.
  • Support product adoption across different markets, customers, and use cases.
What skills and experience you’ll bring
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in complex B2B technology environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex products with multiple stakeholders, technical dependencies, and business priorities.
  • Experience with AI, analytics, machine learning, data platforms, intelligence products, fraud/risk solutions, or other data‑heavy products.
  • Strong understanding of B2B product dynamics, including customer discovery, sales cycles, pilots, renewals, adoption, and commercial impact.
  • Ability to connect product decisions to customer value, revenue opportunities, and business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning engineering, sales, customers, and senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a startup, scale‑up, or fast‑changing product environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive product direction without heavy guidance.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud‑based platforms, APIs, data flows, and data‑driven products.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain product decisions, trade‑offs, and priorities.
  • Agile mindset, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity, changing priorities, and short delivery cycles.
Nice to have
  • Experience in public safety, intelligence, law enforcement, fraud detection, risk, compliance, or cybersecurity products.
  • Experience with graph analysis, data visualization, maps, dashboards, or big data platforms.
  • Experience with user behavior analysis tools such as LogRocket or similar.
  • Experience working with AI‑powered features, decision‑support tools, or automation products.
  • Experience supporting sales or pre‑sales activities through product demos, discovery, or customer‑facing product discussions.
Your perks
  • Working from home – hit your goals from the comfort of your home because we value performance, not the place.
  • Flexible hours – because we promote work‑life balance.
  • Yearly performance bonus – to reward good performance and hard work.
  • Paid medical insurance – because we like to take care of you.
  • Daily lunch allowance – so you can save lots of money, time, and effort by enjoying your free lunch at the office or home every day.
  • Sport/Gym allowance – to focus more on yourself, your well‑being, and your health.
  • Udemy unlimited subscription – to promote your learning and development and grow your career.
  • Onboarding plan and training – so that you have a smooth induction and feel confident and ready to take over your new role.
  • Equipment support – so you have all the tools to do effectively and efficiently your work.
  • No dress code – because we want you to be as comfortable as possible.
  • Gifts and rewards – for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal milestones.
  • Happy hours, coffee time, online team building, company events, and much more – to promote team bonding and of course to have fun!
  • Fresh fruit, snacks, coffee, and tea at the office – because work makes us hungry!
