Wealth.com is seeking a Product Manager, AI to drive Ester, the AI-powered estate planning platform. You will own the product vision from data ingestion to client insights, bridging advanced LLM research with real-world legal complexity.

You will guide strategy, research, and roadmap, aligning engineers, designers and stakeholders to deliver a scalable AI product. You’ll lead initiatives spanning AI data ingestion, extraction accuracy, and user-facing analytics, ensuring a strong value

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product, project management or equivalent experience leading AI/ML products from concept to scale.
• Deep technical fluency across AI lifecycles including OCR/Document AI, LLM orchestration, multimodal RAG, and model fine-tuning.
• Experience in fast-paced, unstructured environments with strong ownership.
• Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and derive insights from data.
• Customer-driven innovation with hypothesis-driven experimentation and user interview testing.

The Opportunity

Wealth's mission is to deliver a revolutionized financial and estate management platform for the modern world. At the heart of our innovation is Ester®, the most powerful AI ever deployed in estate planning. Ester is a proprietary AI engine that reads, extracts, and summarizes complex legal documents—turning hundreds of pages of legalese into actionable data and elegant visualizations.

We are looking for a Product Manager, AI to drive the product strategy and execution for our AI product, Ester. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the vision for how AI transforms the estate planning journey—from document ingestion and legal data extraction to agentic workflows and client-facing insights.

As the PM for Ester, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge LLM research and real-world legal complexity. You will work at the intersection of applied AI and legal expertise to build the "intelligence layer" that powers the entire Wealth.com ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product development and strategy, including analysis of competitive landscape to inform Wealth's short and long-term impact
• Scope and prioritize solutions and features based on business needs and Wealth member impact
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market results and optimized resources
• Gain a deep understanding of the user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to improve the user experience and drive adoption of the platform
• Drive product launches in partnership with leadership and the marketing team
• Represent the company with users and potential users, soliciting feedback on products and services, including user interviews and testing
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of our platform and differentiating value proposition
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to tackle problems individually and collaboratively to get to the best outcome
• Passion for using data, metrics and analysis to inform product development and adoption
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product, project management or an equivalent experience, with a proven track record of leading AI/ML products from concept to scale.
• Deep Technical Fluency: You understand the end-to-end AI lifecycle, starting from intelligent data ingestion (OCR/Document AI) through to LLM orchestration. You are proficient in multimodal RAG (incorporating scanned PDFs and images), prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning. You can lead technical discussions with AI researchers on optimizing extraction accuracy and model evaluation.
• Experience working in a fast paced, unstructured environment with a strong sense of self-ownership and accountability
• Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and draw meaningful insights from data
• Deep experience with customer-driven innovation and hypothesis-driven experimentation and user interview testing
• Ability to gather and transform business requirements and market needs into a successful product strategy
• A “Founder” mentality - proactive, passionate, resourceful, and results-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience
