Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Principal Product Manager to guide the vision, strategy, and execution for the Elastic Agent Builder. You will define how enterprises build and manage AI agent context, collaborating with senior leadership and hyperscalers to propel context engineering at scale.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products.
• Deep technical understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and context engineering.
• Ability to move fast, run experiments, and use AI tools to accelerate decision making.
• Proven ability to lead across a matrixed organization, align stakeholders, and drive execution in a remote-first environment.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
• Passion for industry trends and customer problems, advocating for developers to innovate.

• Collaborate with data science and engineering to strategize benchmarking and evaluations of agent capabilities.
• Partner with design to build user experiences addressing how agents show and refine context.
• Be the product expert and evangelize Agent Builder through content like blog posts and open source projects.
• Engage with a broad ecosystem of AI partners including cloud providers and community developers.

In this high‑impact role, you will be responsible for defining how enterprises build, manage, and scale context for AI agents. You will work at the cutting edge of the AI ecosystem, working with senior leadership and partnering with hyperscalers and evangelizing our solutions to a global community of AI developers.

• Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products. A consistent record of leading sophisticated, data-intensive products from inception through launch and iterative growth.


• AI and ML Fluency: Deep technical understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and context engineering. You are comfortable working closely with engineers and data scientists to solve intricate technical challenges.


• Bias to action: You are able to move fast and quickly learn from experiments and tests. You utilize AI tools to help accelerate your processes and bring clarity to your decisions.


• Leadership and Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead across a matrixed organization, align multiple stakeholders toward a common vision, and drive execution in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.


• Communication Excellence: Outstanding spoken and written communication skills. You can distill complex engineering details into compelling narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive leadership.
