Job summary

KeyBank’s Commercial Payments team in the Corporate Bank seeks a Product Manager to support the Sr. Core Treasury ACH & RTP Product Manager.

This role covers the end-to-end product lifecycle and ensures Nacha ACH Operating Rules and RTP compliance across the enterprise, including ODFI/RDFI responsibilities. Collaborate with technology, compliance, risk, and sales to execute risk mitigation, deliver training, and develop collateral while driving Key's strategic initiatives in a controlled risk

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, risk management, or treasury management related to payments/money movement.
• AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) or 3 years of ACH related operations or product experience; AFPP preferred

Responsibilities

• Function as first line of defense for KeyBank to ensure adherence to Nacha ACH Operating Rules and RTP Rules across enterprise.
• Identify and remediate internal gaps related to ACH & RTP policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to product policies and regulatory standards.
• Prepare business reviews highlighting findings and recommendations to management.
• Deliver training internally and externally; support sales in articulating product benefits to clients.
• Develop and maintain product collateral, internal procedures, and market communications.
• May serve as a Project Manager on product initiatives.
• Partner with risk and first line of defense to align strategy with ACH and RTP Rules.
