We're looking for an upbeat, organized, and innovative Product Manager to bring our accessories portfolio to life. This role can support either exterior or interior hard-goods products. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Accessories, you are customer-led in everything you do: your primary responsibility is to translate customer needs into useful products that foster deep brand connections through expression. You'll drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, with extensive creative partnership with our Brand team, in a fast-paced startup environment where your contributions have a direct impact on the company’s direction and success.
The compensation for this position is the range Slate reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; work location; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Annual Base Pay Range: $108,000 - $149,000 USD

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
