Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a Product Manager to define strategy, roadmap, and features for its complex semiconductor equipment portfolio. You will collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Senior Leadership to shape product vision and drive cross-functional execution.

You will manage project scope, objectives, and priority lists while leading customer specifications through order fulfillment and configuration reviews to ensure smooth builds and continuation of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 8 years of experience with a Master’s degree or a PhD with 5 years experience.
• Experience in semiconductor capital equipment engineering or product management for complex systems.
• Etch product knowledge highly preferred.
• Familiarity with refurbishment of products and subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Creates product and project vision working with Marketing, Business Development, and Senior Leadership.
• Defines project scope, success criteria, and business objectives.
• Manages Engineering Priority List (EPL) and Project Priority List (PPL) projects.
• Leads customer specification responses as part of order fulfillment and slotting processes.
• Participates in system configuration reviews and ensures customer needs translate into the sales order so that the build can commence without interruption.

The group you’ll be a part ofThe Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.The impact you’ll makeAs a Product Manager at Lam, you play a key role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and features of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will manage the entire product life cycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross-functional collaboration across different departments to drive the success of the product portfolio. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
