Job description

Overview

Epsilon is looking for a Product Manager with direct experience in compiled consumer data to help shape the future of TotalSource Plus (TSP). This is an opportunity for someone who understands the value, complexity, and market applications of compiled data and wants to apply that experience to a high-impact product vision. The role combines strategic influence with hands‑on execution, helping drive innovation, commercial relevance, and long-term growth across Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, CPG, Health, Travel and Entertainment, and Automotive.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager on the TSP Data team, you will play a central role in evolving one of Epsilon’s flagship compiled data assets. You will help guide product strategy, support modernization efforts, shape go‑to‑market plans and represent the voice of the customer. This role is well suited for someone who has worked with compiled data products and is excited by the opportunity to bring that experience into a team that is actively building toward the future state of TSP. You will partner closely with Product SMEs, Engineering, Analytics, Sourcing, and Sales to align product vision with execution and deliver meaningful market impact. This includes:

  • Own product lifecycle activities from strategy to execution for assigned TSP and Data workstreams
  • Lead market research through customer engagements and account team engagement to identify emerging needs and opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Data Acquisition to align product vision with execution
  • Define product requirements and release plans in partnership with technical teams
  • Craft compelling positioning and sales enablement tools to support every stage of the customer journey
  • Support go‑to‑market strategy for the current and future state TSP file
  • Champion innovation, identifying new data sources and delivery mechanisms to expand our product footprint
  • Serve as product evangelist, building excitement and trust with internal teams and external clients
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned TSP product workstreams across the full lifecycle, from strategic planning through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Apply compiled data expertise to evaluate market opportunities, guide source strategy, and help shape the future-state design of TSP
  • Translate customer, market, and commercial needs into actionable priorities for Product, Engineering, and go‑to‑market teams
  • Support source evaluation and business rule modernization using Gate 1 / Gate 2 simulation KPI frameworks
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop differentiated positioning, sales enablement materials, and training tools that clearly communicate TSP value
  • Contribute to major product transition efforts, including modernization initiatives, customer communications, and internal readiness planning
  • Grow with the team by helping define how compiled data products evolve to meet changing market, compliance, and customer needs
Qualifications
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, data products, or an equivalent field, with direct compiled consumer data experience strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of how compiled data is sourced, structured, positioned, and applied in market-facing solutions
  • Ability to connect product strategy with execution and bring clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven experience translating customer or market needs into product requirements, positioning, and launch support
  • Comfort working across business, technical, and commercial teams, with the ability to influence without overcomplicating
  • Strong project management skills are a big plus, including the ability to organize workstreams, manage timelines, and keep cross-functional efforts moving forward
  • Experience with GenAI or large language models (LLMs) for practical business or work applications is a big plus
  • A growth mindset and genuine interest in helping shape the next chapter of TSP alongside an experienced and evolving team
  • BS/BA degree or higher
  • This position may require travel to customers and non-customer sites in North America

This is a great opportunity for someone with compiled data experience who wants to step into a visible, high-impact role and help shape where TSP goes next. If you are looking to bring your background to a team with momentum, a clear product vision, and room to grow, we would love to hear from you.
