We are building at the frontier of agentic AI - for one of the world's most complex operational environments: the airline. When a single disruption ripples across crew, passengers, gates, and ground, we bridge the silos and reason across the entire operation at once, turning decisions that once took hours into minutes.
We don't automate the old playbook. We re-imagine it - fast, legality- and compliance-checked, cost-aware decisions, made with a human in the loop and a fully auditable trail.
We are naturally curious: we experiment, challenge the status quo with conviction, and never stop learning. We move with ownership, accountability, and a bias for action. This is a fast, high-impact environment for people who want to build what matters.
About the Role
You will define and chart the product direction for the dCortex System of Action in partnership with the Chief Product Officer and key stakeholders, and with GTM and Finance turn it into offers airlines can buy, deploy and expand. You will shape what goes into the core product, what is configuration, what is paid services, and what we say no to. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role: you are the product team. You write the requirements, run the demos and build the value models yourself. You report to the Chief Product Officer.
What You'll Deliver
First 90 days
- Build a clear picture of the platform: live customer usage, open commitments, implementation patterns, and the top three gaps between promised and delivered value.
- Draft the 12-month roadmap with the CPO and key stakeholders: clear themes, decision criteria, what we are not doing, and named owners.
- Spend time with airline operations users (controllers, crew and ops teams), not only IT, and define success measures for priority workflows: adoption, output quality, human-review rate and operational impact.
By month 6
- Apply the common-platform rule (standard product first, per-airline configuration second) to every new implementation, make the product-versus-services line explicit, and bring exceptions to the CPO for a decision.
- Lead one prioritized use case from roadmap to production, with measured operational impact.
- Build a value model with Finance that links outcomes (for example recovery time or cost avoided) to price.
By month 12
- Launch a repeatable solution package for the airline operations domains, with defined scope, entitlements, implementation effort and commercial assumptions.
- Have a commercial model validated by GTM and Finance and used in every proposal.
- Complete discovery and requirements for the next operational domain in the agreed sequence, with implementation effort on the next airline measurably lower than the last.
What You'll Own
- Roadmap and prioritization: weighing customer value, revenue, feasibility and reuse across airlines; running the discovery and prioritization rhythm with Engineering, Customer Success, GTM and Finance; and killing low-impact work early.
- Discovery: turning messy airline reality (legacy systems, incomplete data, decisions that span crew, network and ground) into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Agent workflow design and AI quality: what agents do, where humans stay in the loop, and what "ready to deploy" means.
- Add-on modules: requirements, backlog and release plan for assigned modules.
- Commercial inputs: module definitions, packaging options, pricing evidence and business cases. The CPO, Finance and GTM make the final call.
- Enablement: positioning, use-case stories, demos and release materials for GTM and Customer Success.
- Feedback loop: win/loss, usage, support and renewals fed back into the roadmap.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years owning an enterprise B2B product from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Experience with AI-enabled products such as agents, automation or decision-support systems.
- Hands-on work with commercial teams on packaging, pricing or business cases, not just feature delivery.
- Proven judgement in separating scalable product from one-off customization.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems in operationally critical or regulated environments.
- Enough technical fluency to challenge engineering trade-offs, with no coding required.
- Clear communication with engineers, commercial teams and airline executives; you drive decisions through influence, not direct reports.
- Articulate and client-facing: comfortable in front of airline operations leaders and executives, explaining product trade-offs in plain language and driving decisions through influence, not direct reports
Especially Valuable
- Airline operations, travel tech, crew management, OCC or airport operations.
- An early-stage or 0-1 chapter where you built without large support teams.
- Mixed commercial models: subscription, usage- or value-based pricing, and implementation services.
- Multi-country enterprise customers with long, consultative sales cycles.
