Job summary

Our Client, a corporate technology team, seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead Finance Systems initiatives, including NetSuite, Coupa, Zip, and VNDLY. You will drive Procure-to-Pay improvements, partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable automation and reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NetSuite, Coupa and P2P processes.

Responsibilities

Staff Product Manager – Finance Systems

Our Client is looking for an experienced Staff Product Manager – Finance Systems to join their Corporate Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive automation, improve enterprise finance systems, and partner with Finance and Engineering teams to build scalable solutions that support a rapidly growing business.

What You'll Do

• Own and enhance enterprise finance applications, including NetSuite, Coupa, Zip, and VNDLY.
• Drive improvements across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows and finance operations.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Product, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Design and improve system integrations, workflows, automations, and reporting capabilities.
• Leverage AI and automation to simplify finance reporting and operational processes.
• Create business process documentation, functional specifications, and data flow diagrams.
• Lead testing activities, including integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve finance application performance.
• Support SOX compliance and collaborate with internal and external audit teams.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Product Manager, Business Systems Manager, Finance Systems Manager, Product Owner, or Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise finance applications.
• Strong experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and Zip.
• Hands-on knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and partnering with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data flows.
• Experience with finance system automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and experience supporting public company environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi integration platforms.
• Exposure to Ironclad, Workiva, Gappify, Numeric, Navan, Kyriba, Stripe, or Salesforce.
• Experience supporting multi-country or multi-currency ERP environments.
• Background in AI-enabled reporting, workflow automation, or finance analytics.
• Experience within large enterprise or technology organizations.
