Job summary

Bridgecrest, a DriveTime Family of Brands company, is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Tempe to own end-to-end product delivery from ideation to launch and post-delivery outcomes.

You will define the product vision, drive the roadmap, and collaborate with business owners and development teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable impact while balancing risk and value for a wide customer base.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 4+ years of Product Management or related experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in business ops, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and delivering value.
  • Experience leading initiatives with ambiguity, risk, or organizational impact.
  • Strong stakeholder trust, influence, and delivery accountability.
  • Experience guiding others through complex problem-solving and delivery work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and execute the roadmap, outlining features that feed the roadmap.
  • Influence roadmap and investment decisions beyond a single feature or release.
  • Assess business needs and options, making strategic tradeoffs for best ROI.
  • Establish schedules, guidelines, and procedures to deliver complete solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions with technology and business users to define requirements.

Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?In short, as a Product Manager you own end-to-end product delivery, from problem ideation and definition through launch and post-delivery outcomes. You remain actively engaged through solution design, development, and testing to ensure outcomes match intent. You proactively keep stakeholders informed, remove roadblocks, and drive timely decisions to keep initiatives on track.In long, our Product Managers are responsible for:Owning the product vision and executing the product roadmap, articulating the features that feed the roadmapInfluencing roadmap and investment decisions beyond an individual feature or releaseAssessing business needs and value, determining potential solution options, and making strategic tradeoff decisions to choose the solution with the best ROIEstablishing schedules, guidelines, and procedures and determining the most effective way to deliver a complete solution to an identified problemOwning software vendor assessment and relationships to support business goals.Working with business owners and development teams to analyze, prioritize, and organize business requirements to ensure efforts focus on the most critical needsDefining business requirements by partnering with internal and external stakeholdersFacilitating and leading discussions with technology teams and business users to define business requirements and acceptance criteriaManaging projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring the intent and execution are alignedWorking cross-functionally with strategy analytics, process, operations, legal, and compliance to ensure products are delivered successfullyCommunicating the vision and goals for a project, and supporting the development team through the achievement of those goalsConducting meetings with all business levels to communicate new initiatives, features and rollout of new products and servicesEnsuring success criteria are measured and results are socialized to key stakeholdersSo What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
