Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least six years of work-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, define, and prioritize product requirements, features, and capabilities, including hands-on authorship and ownership of user stories, backlog management, roadmap alignment, and delivery prioritization.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain product documentation, including end-user help content, programmer guides, and release notes.
• Create conceptual prototypes, sample-ware, and presentations to showcase and demonstrate product features.
• Participate in sales and marketing, consulting engagements, and tech support.
• Collaborate, communicate, and facilitate knowledge sharing with prospects, clients, and internal teams to evangelize platform features and drive adoption.
• Experience managing the delivery of enterprise-scale software applications.

The BST11 platform is the technology foundation of BST11 ERP, facilitating business process automation and integration with third-party apps through Microsoft.NET and REST APIs, Azure Integration Services and the Microsoft Power Platform and enabling clients to tailor the application, including adding fields, defining workflows, and personalizing the user experience.

We are looking for a tech-savvy Product Manager who will be responsible for owning, stewarding, and evolving the Platform & Integration (P&I) product portfolio, including planning, delivery, and support of product features and capabilities.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized, gregarious leader who works well with a team, has a passion for technical products, and can participate as a key contributor in sales, consulting services, and technical support to provide subject matter expertise, evangelize product features, and drive adoption.

Essential Functions:

• Solicit, define, and prioritize product requirements, features, and capabilities, including hands-on authorship and ownership of user stories, backlog management, roadmap alignment, and delivery prioritization
• Prepare, manage, and maintain product documentation, including end-user help content, programmer guides, and release notes
• Create conceptual prototypes, sample-ware, and presentations to showcase and demonstrate product features
• Participate in sales and marketing, consulting engagements, and tech support
• Collaborate, communicate, and facilitate knowledge sharing with prospects, clients, and internal teams to evangelize platform features and drive adoption
• Experience managing the delivery of enterprise-scale software applications
• Expertise managing agile ceremonies and best practices
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to create and deliver polished, customer-facing product presentations and demonstrations
• Experience and ability to demonstrate Microsoft .NET SDKs and APIs, Azure Integration Services, and Microsoft Power Platform features and capabilities, including API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot software issues and provide viable solutions

Education or Prior Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or at least six years of work-related experience
