Job summary

Kivo Health in Seattle is hiring our first product manager to help build our AI-enabled healthcare clinic. This is an in-office Seattle role only, working with a team that includes a former NASA engineer and a Stanford MD.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years as a product manager at a tech company, loves turning user needs into product features, and will own KPIs and AI-driven workflows with Engineering and Operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a product manager in a tech company.
• Experience shipping AI-driven product features.
• Ability to design UI/UX improvements with Engineering.
• Located in Seattle or willing to relocate.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics.

Responsibilities

We're looking for our first product manager to help us build our tech-enabled healthcare clinic. This is an in-office, Seattle role only. Come work with our talented team, including a former NASA engineer, a Stanford MD, and a multi-time YC founder with 1 exit. Our ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience working as a product manager for a tech company.

What you217;ll do

You217;ll work directly with Engineering and Operations to create new UI/UX to address patient and operational needs, and own KPIs that drive our core business. For example, you might design and build an AI-based workflow to help reduce charting time from 40 minutes to 5 minutes. Or, you might work with Engineering to analyze what variables drive enrollment conversion.

Your first 90 days

• 0-30: Get to know our business, the team, our product, KPIs and OKRs.
• 30-60: Help us investigate and increase our enrollment rate by 10% by designing and shipping changes to our onboarding flow.
• 60-90: Design and ship new exercise features to our lung maintenance program, Kivo Beyond.
