  • Help lead key new product development, including concept, prototype, pilot production, product launches, and customer feedback with various support teams
  • Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Tech Service to move product initiatives forward.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, warranty activity, product quality, pricing, costs, market share, and competitive activity.
  • Create and maintain product performance dashboards and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Partner with Quality and Operations to address customer complaints and product performance concerns.
  • Analyze competitive pricing and establish product pricing recommendations that support Harmar’s business objectives.
  • Fully own lifecyle process of assigned products from cradle to grave.
  • Support the SIOP process by developing short and long‑range forecasts by product, channel, and average selling price.
  • Develop product content and positioning in partnership with Marketing.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and competitive developments.
  • Travel up to 10% to meet with customers, dealers, and partners.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in product management, product development, sales, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in new product development initiatives.
  • Product management experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Full understanding of drivers of profit/loss management
  • Experience marketing and selling products through distributors or multiple sales channels.
  • Experience in HME/DME, durable consumer goods, equipment, mobility products, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to analyze product performance, pricing, costs, customer feedback, and market data.
  • A collaborative, hands‑on approach and the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives without relying on direct authority.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
