You will shape incentives, live operations, game mechanics, and content delivery to drive engagement and retention across the favorited platform. This role demands a mix of product thinking, rapid experimentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer-facing products.
• Strong background in social platforms, gaming, or live-service products.
• Deep understanding of mobile product development, including iOS and Android ecosystems.
• Experience building and optimizing notifications, sharing systems, and engagement features.
• Strong product intuition around user behavior, retention, storyboarding, and growth loops.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in consumer, social, or gaming products to help drive key areas of our mobile experience - specifically notifications, sharing systems, and core user flows.

This role is highly execution-focused and requires someone who deeply understands user behavior, engagement loops, and retention mechanics. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and growth teams to ship impactful features that improve activation, re-engagement, and overall user experience.

Where You’ll Work: This is a full-time, on-site position in Santa Monica. Core in-office working hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 10am - 4pm PT.
