Naturipe Farms is seeking a Product Manager to own daily execution and short-term operational planning for a designated region and commodity lane. You will guide sales with availability projections, manage import flow, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize packing, claims, and inventory decisions.

The Product Manager owns daily execution oversight and the two-to-six-week operational plan for an assigned region and commodity lane. The role carries decision authority within its region for same-day pack changes, allocation calls, and late-transportation decisions inside defined escalation thresholds, and guides the sales team with accurate availability projections, category education, and supply chain communication. The Product Manager leads claims resolution, transfer strategy, and import flow planning for assigned lanes, and directs the daily priorities of Assistant Product Managers.
You’ll work with a small but highly talented and committed team of Product Managers passionate about our mission. You will be reporting to a seasoned Executive VP of Product Management. Your ideas will be encouraged as you partner with the team to consistently bring value and enhance Naturipe’s position in the marketplace.
