Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Product Manager to own the product backlog, define vision and roadmaps, and translate business needs into prioritized work for Consulting delivery. The role focuses on sustaining value through lifecycle decisions and cross-functional alignment.

You will partner with Change Management to drive adoption, training, and go-live readiness, while shaping investment recommendations and backlog tradeoffs to maximize product outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience owning product backlogs in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery.
  • Experience writing epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  • Experience using backlog tools like ADO, Jira, Aha!, or Productboard.
  • Experience measuring digital product adoption, operational value, ROI, and product health.

Qualifications Required
  • 5+ Years Experience in a Product Manager or similar role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Consulting/professional services experience, especially with ERP/CRM/HCM implementation or delivery operations.
  • Experience owning product backlogs in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience writing epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release acceptance plans.
  • Experience using ADO, Jira, Aha!, Productboard, or similar product/backlog tooling.
  • Experience measuring digital product adoption, operational value, ROI, and product health.
Additional Role Expectations
  • Employees are expected to maintain current knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence capabilities, product management disciplines, and business application ecosystems relevant to assigned responsibilities.
  • Professional certifications related to product management, business applications, agile delivery, organizational change management, or relevant technology platforms are encouraged and may be pursued as aligned with business and professional development objectives.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $111,200 - $190,300

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
