Jobbeschreibung

We are looking for a Product Manager who is a strong systems thinker and works well with people. You enjoy talking with users, asking thoughtful questions, and helping people feel comfortable explaining their work. You use what you learn to clarify unfamiliar, complex problems and identify what needs to change. How you work with people matters as much as your product management skills.

Our products support complex business processes, and many are replacing long-standing legacy systems. You will work directly with users and subject matter experts, model workflows and business rules, and partner closely with UI/UX and engineering to turn discovery into software that improves how people work.

This role is suited to an experienced Product Manager who has led product initiatives within a team and can independently own a reasonably complex product area. You are eager to keep learning and grow toward senior-level responsibility. We value curiosity, humility, careful listening, and the judgment to make decisions while remaining open to new information.

What You’ll Do

  • Independently map current and future processes and model business concepts, relationships, and rules, including decisions, exceptions, dependencies, and system interactions.
  • Identify the underlying problem and distinguish between issues caused by software, processes, policies, or ways of working.
Turn Understanding Into Product Value
  • Translate discovery into clear product opportunities, workflows, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with UI/UX and engineering to explore solutions and break complex work into deliverable increments, ensuring the team understands what it is building and why.

Own Initiatives Through Delivery
  • Own initiatives from discovery through delivery and validation, managing scope, sequencing, dependencies, risks, decisions, and blockers.
  • Stay closely involved with engineering throughout development, bring clarity to ambiguous work, and maintain useful process maps, models, requirements, and decision records.
  • Validate delivered functionality with users against the original problem and intended outcome.
Build Strong Working Relationships
  • Build trusted relationships with users, stakeholders, designers, and engineers, and communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Listen carefully, explore different perspectives, and facilitate productive discussions when people disagree.
  • Challenge assumptions respectfully, welcome challenges to your own thinking, and incorporate new information into a collaborative, low-ego working approach.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Product Management or closely related software roles.
  • Strong product management fundamentals across discovery, definition, prioritization, delivery, and validation.
