Job description

In this role, you will lead the development and enhancement of editorial websites, focusing on delivering engaging user experiences and scalable digital solutions. You’ll work closely with editorial, design, and engineering teams to launch new features, optimize workflows, and ensure the stability and usability of content management systems (CMS). Additionally, you’ll play a key role in privacy and consent management, helping ensure compliance with evolving data protection regulations and maintaining user trust across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product and technical requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful enhancements aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and improve CMS platforms, identifying opportunities to streamline editorial workflows and enhance system reliability and flexibility.
  • Lead privacy and consent management efforts, working with legal and engineering teams to implement compliant data practices and update frameworks as needed.
  • Translate editorial and business needs into scalable product solutions that support storytelling and audience engagement.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience supporting full-stack digital platforms, including familiarity with CMS tools, HTML, and CSS.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of design principles, user experience, and information architecture.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and curious about emerging technologies and market trends.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
