  • A technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies.

  • Proven ability to develop product and market strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

  • Familiarity with trading concepts, tools, and platforms to align product offerings with market demands.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute product launches, including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to position products effectively.
  • Measure product performance and suggest improvements.
