Job description

Menlo Park, United States | Posted on 07/31/2026

Axiamatic is the AI-native control plane for enterprise transformation. Large transformation programs — ERP migrations, CRM rollouts, enterprise-wide operating model changes — have for decades exceeded what any human team can coordinate.Roughly 70%of these multi-year, multi-hundred-million-dollar initiatives fall short of expectations. Misalignments and drift build up quietly, and by the time they surface, the cost is already in.

We're changing that. Axiamatic builds a Living Context Graph — a continuously updated digital twin of a customer's transformation, ingesting structured and unstructured signals from 250+ enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Teams, Slack, and more). On top of it, our Transformation Agents detect translation loss, cross-stream drift, and change resistance as they form, and our Playbooks route remediation to the right stakeholder in the tools they already use.

We came out of stealth in March 2026 with $54M from Greylock and Bessemer . Our founders Rajiv Gupta and Kaushik Narayan have done this before — most recently at Skyhigh Networks (acquiredby McAfee), where they defined the Cloud Access Security Broker category that Gartner once named the fastest-growing in cybersecurity. Rajiv previously co-founded Confluent Software (Oracle) and Securent (Cisco). Our early customers include the Heico Company and Marmon (a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary), andwe'reworking with the world's largest systems integrators.

About the role

You'll be one of the early product managers at Axiamatic, owning a major area of our platform end-to-end and working with our product and engineering leadership, SMEs and our customers. This is a rare 0→1 + scale role: the product is in market with reference customers, the platform is real, and the category is wide open.

You’ll define how some of the world's most consequential transformation programs are run — what signals we capture, what risks our agents detect, and how guidance reaches executives, PMOs, and change leaders in the flow of their work.

Requirements

Whatyou'lldo

  • Own a major product area end-to-end — strategy, roadmap,executionand enablement.
  • Live with our customers and design partners. Sit in on transformation steering committees, ride along with SI delivery teams, and bring the texture of the work back to engineering and design.
  • Drive 0→1 and 1→N in parallel. Take new concepts from problem definition through alpha, beta, and GA while continuing to hardenwhat'salready in production at Fortune 500 customers.
  • Partner deeply with engineering. Work with engineering scrums to prioritize sprints, groom stories, and make sharp tradeoffs across scope, quality, and time. Translate ambiguous customer signals into crisp product specs.
  • Shape the agentic experience. Define how Transformation Agents, the Living Context Graph, and Playbooks come together for executives, PMO leaders, and OCM teams.
  • Define and own metrics. Instrument the product, set the bar for adoption and outcomes, and use data to refine the roadmap.
  • Be a voice of the company externally. Write blogs, present at customer briefings and partner events, and help shape how the market understands the category we're building.

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years in product management , with meaningful time at enterprise B2B SaaS companies. Bonus if you've worked on AI/ML and agentic systems.
  • A track record of owning a product from inception to launch
  • Strong technical instincts. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to reason about LLM-powered features, distributed systems, data pipelines, and integration architectures, and hold your own in technical tradeoff conversations.
  • Customer obsession. You discern signal from noise across customer conversations, market feedback, and product telemetry — and you let data refine your intuition rather than replace it.
  • Excellent communication. You write clearly, present confidently to executives, and are equally comfortable in a customer war room, a sprint review, and a partner kick-off.
  • Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity. Early-stage pace, continuous iteration, and shipping under uncertainty energize you.
  • Lead by example. Humble, low-ego, intellectually honest, and genuinely curious. You raise the bar for the people around you.
  • Experience building or shipping LLM- or agent-powered products in production.
  • Background as an engineer, consultant, or transformation practitioner before becoming a PM.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise integration landscape (SAP,Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, Azure DevOps, SharePoint).
