Corva is at the forefront of real-time data and analytics in the oil & gas industry, empowering some of the world's largest companies to optimize critical operations 24/7.

As a Product Manager at Corva, you’ll lead a product team focused on delivering high-impact solutions across the oil and gas domain. This may include short-term customer-driven initiatives, longer-term strategic projects, and internally prioritized improvements that strengthen Corva’s platform, workflows, and real-time operational capabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding products from conception through release, working closely with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver products that are not only functional but also technically sophisticated. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong technical background to manage product development in a highly dynamic and data-driven environment.

What you’ll do

  • Technical Roadmap Development: Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to define detailed product roadmaps, balancing innovative features with technical feasibility and business priorities.
  • Data-Driven Product Decisions: Analyze product performance using real-time data insights and platform analytics to drive product refinements and feature optimizations.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Conduct detailed customer research and interviews, translating industry needs into technically detailed requirements, user stories, and product features.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Work with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagrams to clearly communicate new product concepts to engineering teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a technical liaison between engineering, data science, and business teams, ensuring product requirements are fully understood and executed effectively.
  • Feature Prioritization: Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring high-impact features and technical upgrades are prioritized and delivered on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners, including status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  • Technical Feasibility Assessments: Work closely with software engineers to assess technical constraints and explore solutions that align with both customer needs and platform capabilities.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends in upstream oil & gas technology, data analytics, and real-time systems, using these insights to shape product development.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Software Development: Experience developing, releasing, iterating and utilizing software.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development processes, real-time data systems, and cloud-based platform technologies.
  • Proven Experience in Product Management: 2+ years of product management experience in a technical field, with a focus on data analytics, enterprise software, or real-time platforms.
  • Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to break down complex technical problems and create actionable product solutions using data‑driven insights.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Proficiency with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) to create user flows, product wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Both Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
