RTX’s Collins Aerospace unit is seeking a Product Manager, P4 to own the lifecycle of the MPC Pump Product Line within the Engine Control Systems portfolio. The Product Manager, P4 will be accountable for the overall lifecycle, from development to production to long‑term performance, of the Mechanical Power Conversion (MPC) Pump Product Line within the Engine Control Systems (ECS) product line at Collins Aerospace. You will be responsible for the strategy, the financial performance, and the customer outcomes tied to the products. You will own the product roadmap, balance cost, schedule, and performance, own competitiveness and capacity decisions, and serve as the chair of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) accountable for managing the cost, schedule, performance and on‑time delivery of our products.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
