Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology, information systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in retail/ecommerce or related field.
  • Solid experience with agile development and Jira.

As a Product Manager you will be working on Product Master Data Management system that is a key solution for all Product information across the enterprise. You’ll own defining and driving the roadmap and development of capabilities working with multiple business areas that is responsible for establishing this single source of truth for our business. With the goal of enabling strategic decision making to Operational efficiency and providing a best experience for our business users across the organization. You will work closely with your cross‑functional teams (business owners, Engineers, QA, UX design) to span the product lifecycle from ideation‑strategizing to execution‑delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with input from key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize features and implement roadmap.
  • Lead complex projects independently, develop a robust understanding of our customers, manage multiple concurrent projects, and identify and lead solutions that recognize significant business value
  • Become an expert on the product and champion the needs of the customer and business goals
  • Develop a strong understanding of our customers, manage multiple concurrent projects, with the ability to prioritize features based on KPIs.
  • Lead the monthly prioritization of features and understand the art of sequencing their delivery with an agile framework.
  • Vet scope, requirements, use case/user scenario, test case documents and design specifications, in partnership with business stakeholders, UX, engineering, QA and design identify areas of uncertainty, recommend solutions, capture buy‑in from relevant collaborators
  • Inspire and empower the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency and timeline
  • Blend strong business intuition, technical problem solving, and agile execution by partnering with IT on development, testing & implementation plans, as well as internal communications & deployment plans.
  • Proactively identify issues and work with internal partners to understand options and complete a solution.
  • Create evaluation measures for success of program features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (in computer science, information systems or related field is a plus) or master’s degree in technology, and/or Business
  • 5+ years of product management experience in retail/ecommerce company or relevant field or job
  • Solid Experience working in an agile development environment and managing iteration‑level deliverables and using Jira
  • Previous experience with e-commerce or brick and mortar data management systems.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
  • Demonstrated experience creating product roadmaps, driving product vision and defining strategy.
  • Strong Presentation skills along with verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Data driven and KPI focused mindset.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers, cross functional teams, and senior management.
  • Self‑motivation with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with Master Data Management solutions, Supply chain solutions
  • Previous experience in the grocery /retail industry.
  • Master Data Management Experience is a huge plus.
