Job summary

Advanced Business Integrators, Inc. (ABI) seeks a dynamic Product Manager to oversee the successful delivery of ABIMasterMind software solutions.

You will bridge business needs, customer insights, and technical implementation, collaborating with engineering, customer success, and product teams to drive continuous product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction. Depending on your experience, the first 30–90 days will focus on product training, self-study, and internal shadowing to build

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with ABIMasterMind(R) or similar workforce management, HR, ERP, or accounting solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technology certification.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, industry, and customer needs.
  • Gather and organize insights from users and stakeholders to influence product decisions.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in prioritizing and refining product backlog.
  • Work with stakeholders to define business problems and solutions.
  • Translate product needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and workflows.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and engineering.
  • Support engineering, QA, and customer support in development, testing, and deployment.
  • Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria throughout the development cycle.
  • Document and track reported issues for timely resolution.
  • Review and test early-stage deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate testing and feedback with internal and external stakeholders.

THE OPPORTUNITY

ABI isseekingadynamic and detail-oriented, Product Manager to point person to overseethe successful delivery of software solutions. This role bridges business needs, customer insights, and technical implementation, collaborating with engineering, customer success, and product teams to drive continuous product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.Depending on your experience and knowledge of ABIMasterMind, the first 30-90 days, you willfocus onproduct training, self-study, and internal shadowing to build industryexpertise, culminating in knowledge evaluations.The Product Manager will report to the Product Director.

  • Starting salary- $120,000 - $150,000depending on experience
  • Hybrid work schedule; approx. 3 days remote, and 2 days in office afterinitialtraining period
  • MUST LIVE WITHIN a 30-mile radius Sacramento
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-term Disability, Accidental death/dismemberment, 401(k), and Life insurance
  • Benefitpremiums for the employee on several health plans are paid 100% by the company
  • After one year of service, ABI will begin to pay a graduated schedule to cover the health premiums of all dependents over time
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Feedback & Product Strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, industry, and customer needs
  • Gather and organize insights from users and stakeholders to influence product decisions
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance usability and customer satisfaction

  • Document and track reported issues fortimelyresolution

  • Coordinate testing and feedback with internal and external stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • 5+ years of experience withABIMasterMind(R)or similar workforce management, HR, ERP, or accounting solutionsrequired
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technology certification
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Preferred
  • Experience working with engineering teams on software development
  • 5+ years inbusiness analysis or product management
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Figma, Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence), Microsoft Office, Google Suite
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
