Job summary

Professional Search by Kingsley Gate is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, profitability, and new product development for assigned product categories, including expansion into new categories.

You will build 3-5 year strategic plans, own revenue targets, run end-user research, and lead launches with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and sales while shaping channel strategy with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, MBA strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of product management in consumer durables or manufactured goods.
• Track record of new product launches and P&L ownership.
• Industrial or safety product experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% (domestic and international).
