Job summary

iTeckSoft Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Transportation Management System (TMS) capabilities.

You will collaborate with logistics leadership, carriers, and stakeholders to drive improvements, cost optimization, and automation across transportation operations. The role requires ownership of the TMS backlog, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in Agile ceremonies to deliver enhancements and measurable KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Supply Chain Technology.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise TMS such as Manhattan TMS, Oracle OTM, Blue Yonder TMS, SAP TM, MercuryGate, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, Agile backlogs, and release planning.
• Experience leading TMS implementations or enhancements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
