Descripción del empleo

Title: Product Management – Lead Nike.net

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 6 months contract

NIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world's best athletes. It is a place to explore potential, obliterate boundaries and push out the edges of what can be. The company looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create. Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At Nike, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll join the Nike.net product team. Nike.net is Nike's wholesale digital platform, where Nike's Sales teams and wholesale accounts plan, build, and place their orders each season. Day to day, you’ll work with Engineering squads, UX and Design, and Data Science to shape and ship the product. You’ll also partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, and Planning teams, whose decisions shape what product each account can buy. You’ll also work alongside other Nike.net Product Managers to manage dependencies across the platform.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who is a strategic thinker, an execution-driven leader, and a strong advocate for building enterprise-grade platforms that scale. You are as comfortable defining a long-term product vision as you are rolling up your sleeves to unblock a squad on delivery. You do your best work where business, technology, and user needs meet, and you know how to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable roadmaps.

Skillset Required

  • We're looking for someone with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in product management who has clearly demonstrated these skills:
  • Bachelor's degree, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • Strong product management expertise, including leading an end-to-end product or platform vision and a multi-year roadmap with Engineering teams and business partners
  • Experience building B2B commerce, order management, or enterprise sales tools used by internal sales teams or business customers
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML-powered product features, such as recommendations, forecasting, or decision support. You should be able to frame the problem, define success metrics, and work with Data Science on model inputs and tradeoffs
  • Experience partnering with all stakeholders to understand business needs, outcomes, and value, and making sure roadmaps stay aligned to them
  • Experience building roadmaps that account for dependencies across functional areas and domains, including technical enablement work as part of the platform strategy
  • Experience on Agile teams following Scrum, using JIRA, and running day-to-day product activities (Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Planning, and Review)
  • Experience with communications, senior management reporting, and business presentations
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment, on both global and country-specific solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and AI concepts to sales and business audiences
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies, tools, processes, changing needs, and ambiguity
  • Familiarity with Wholesale Sell-In, seasonal ordering, or retail assortment and merchandising processes (Nice to have)
  • Experience designing human-in-the-loop AI workflows, where users review, adjust, and approve system recommendations (Nice to have)
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
  • Defining and owning the product vision and multi-year roadmap for AI-assisted wholesale solutions on Nike.net, from discovery through delivery
  • Owning delivery of feature changes end to end that significantly affect core parts of the Nike.net platform
  • Assessing the business impact of different solutions and weighing tradeoffs between business and customer needs, technology requirements, and cost
  • Running structured brainstorming and discovery sessions with Sales, accounts, and cross-functional partners to generate and prioritize product improvements
  • Defining success metrics and outcome targets, such as time saved, plan accuracy, and bookings impact, and reporting progress to senior leadership
  • Partnering with Engineering and Data Science to ship AI capabilities responsibly, including model inputs, explainability for users, and feedback loops that improve recommendations over time
  • Working with other Nike.net product teams to make sure recommendations connect cleanly to order entry, checkout, and downstream planning systems
