Job summary

UKG is seeking a Product Management Intern for Summer 2027 in a hybrid role with on-site days in Sunrise, FL and Lowell, MA. You will support cross-functional teams, conduct user interviews, and learn the product lifecycle while contributing to data-driven decisions and efficiency improvements.

The internship runs May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with a Monday–Friday schedule 9:00am–5:00pm EST and on-site 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or MIS.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira, Pendo, B360, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews to map flows and dependencies influencing engineering decisions.
• Use product tools to gather insights, track progress, and make data-driven decisions.
• Build an understanding of the product lifecycle rhythm while logging future development work.
