The Role

Own a critical 0→1 product problem: build the student research loop, define success metrics, write specs, and sit with engineers to iterate every few days.

What you’ll do

• Own a 0→1 product slice from research to rollout.
• Observe student sessions, gather qualitative insights, and establish meaningful learning success metrics.
• Create product specifications and requirements documents while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Iterate rapidly during pilot programs and communicate findings on student outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience in product management, founding, research, or building through ambiguity.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL, analytics platforms, or analytical spreadsheets.
• Ability to explain AI system behavior in accessible language for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong experimental mindset paired with decisive action orientation.
