About the Role

As a Director, Product Management, you’ll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of new products and services. You’ll develop and implement operational frameworks, assess client and industry needs, and create business cases and supporting documentation for new product opportunities.

This is a highly collaborative role where product planning, client service, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Need
  • Skills: Strong presentation, communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience
  • Collaboration: Experience working across teams and communicating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools
  • Organization: Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask, shift priorities, and work effectively under pressure
  • Decision-Making: Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate challenges and make sound decisions
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
