Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Product Management – Connectivity Products to lead the definition of product strategy, roadmap development, and market requirements for Datacenter Network Connectivity products.

You will bridge customers, engineering, sales, and leadership to ensure products meet market needs and drive differentiation. The role requires a strong blend of technical and product management expertise with a track record in semiconductors and connectivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or technical related field.
• 2+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to 2 years of work experience.
• Experience in PAM4 and/or Coherent DSPs or DSP-based optical modules.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or optical interconnects industry focused on PAM4 and/or Coherent DSPs or DSP-based optical modules
• Combination of technical and product management experience of 8 years or more.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced technical degree preferred. MBA would be an asset.
• Understanding of Datacenter and AI Datacenter architectures and trends impacting Electrical and Optical Connectivity
• Understanding of Connectivity Technologies and Ecosystem – Optical and Electrical
• Understanding of Networking and NPO/CPO technologies would be an asset

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$155,400.00 - $233,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
