Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management, lifecycle/portfolio management, or related cross-functional roles.

Responsibilities

• Manages SKU obsolescence and portfolio rationalization strategies.
• Administers the annual pricing management, communication and maintenance cycle.
• Administers product/marketing actions of ECR processes for product or documentation changes.
• Supports voice of the customer logistics from scheduling to reports.
• Supports business cases for new product launches and commercialization.
• Assists launches through the Stage Gate process.
• Collaborates with Demand Gen on campaigns, briefs, webinars, and collateral inputs.
• Identifies opportunities for quality, margin expansion, or cost savings on existing products.
• Supports data collection for customer RFPs and ad-hoc analyses.

Job Description

EnviroLogix is seeking a driven and process-oriented Product Lifecycle Manager. The Product Lifecycle Manager is primarily responsible for product management activities such as product change management, price administration, SKU rationalization and portfolio management, and assisting with both product launch and commercialization activities.

This role offers company-wide visibility as it requires partnership with other departments—such as Operations, Quality, R&D, Sales, Finance, and Technical & Customer Support—to manage changes to product.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manages SKU obsoletion and rationalization strategies of existing portfolios
• Administers the Annual Pricing Management, communication and maintenance cycle
• Administers the Product/Marketing related actions of the Engineering Change Notice Processes associated with Product and/or Documentation Changes
• Supports Product Managers with Voice of the Customer Logistics: from Scheduling sessions to synthesizing reports
• Supports Product Managers with building business cases for New Product Launches, through the Product Commercialization Process
• Supports Product Managers with New Product Launches, through the Stage Gate process
• Supports Product Managers, in partnership with Demand Generation team, with Campaign-related Value Proposition, Briefs, Webinars, and Collateral design inputs
• Identifies quality improvement, margin expansion or cost saving opportunities for existing Products
• Supports data collection needs of customer RFPs.
• Supports Product Managers in ad-hoc projects and analyses.

Experience & Education Requirements:

• 2 or more years in product management, product lifecycle/portfolio management, product operations, commercialization roles, or related cross-functional product/marketing/operations roles
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations, life science, engineering, or related field

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work within an office environment
• Must be able to utilize a computer for an extended period
• Must be able to travel domestically for business purposes, potential of travel <10% of time

The anticipated range for this position is: $65,000 - $90,000 per year. Salary is determined in good faith based on factors such as the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, requirements of the position, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
