Qualifications

• 2–10 years of litigation experience.
• Product liability, mass tort, personal injury defense or complex litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with depositions, motions, mediation and courtroom proceedings.
• Active U.S. bar license in good standing.
• Strong writing, research and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex product liability and civil litigation from evaluation through resolution.
• Take depositions, file motions, participate in mediation and trial preparation.
• Work directly with clients and technical/medical experts.
• Support business development and career growth opportunities.
