Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking a litigation attorney to handle complex product liability matters from start to finish in state and federal courts, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda, and attending hearings, depositions, and mediations.

You will communicate with clients, coordinate with colleagues across offices, and contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented team at a national firm.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and California admission required.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, with complex litigation and product liability a plus.
• Superior analytical, written, and oral communication skills.

• Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $210,000 USD with eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
