Job summary

Capital One is hiring a Manager, Product Management (PXDP50) to lead data product initiatives within the Card division. You will collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and business teams to shape product strategy and deliver customer-centric experiences at scale.

You will translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes, supervise cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of data products from concept to scale in New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related) or Business/Marketing.
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Preferred: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
