NorthStar, a division of Harris, is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Product organization within R&D. You will report to the VP of R&D and guide five product professionals across the CIS7, Customer portal, Mobile workforce management, and adjacent products.

This role is remote across the US and Canada with travel (~20%). EST timezone is preferred; passport and visas for international travel to Canada/US required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with 5+ years leading product teams.
• Track record of shipping real customer value, not just process.
• Experience building or maturing a product operating model at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product organization within R&D and coach five product professionals.
• Design and implement intake, discovery, prioritization, roadmap and governance.
• Partner with Engineering, Services, Sales, Support and leadership to improve outcomes.
• Set clear accountability and drive ownership, curiosity, and customer focus.
