Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a highly experienced Product Manager for the Wealth Management Data Cloud to own the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution. You will partner with senior business, technology, analytics, and governance teams to deliver data capabilities that support Wealth Management priorities.

You will also lead cross-functional delivery, define requirements, manage milestones and risks, and drive adoption through training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for Wealth Management Data Cloud.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior business, technology, analytics, and governance partners.
• Develop multi-year roadmap balancing priorities, regulatory needs, tech dependencies, and business value.
• Prioritize data capability requests aligning to Wealth Management strategy.
• Lead cross-functional delivery coordinating business, tech, data, analytics, and governance teams.
• Specify clear product requirements, success criteria, milestones, and risks.
• Drive adoption through engagement plans, training, docs, and change management.
